    Jim Kambeitz
    Chiropractor

    Dr. Kambeitz knew from a young age that he wanted to live an active and healthy lifestyle. After being injured playing hockey and suffering from headaches, Dr. Kambeitz turned to chiropractic for help. Then and now he has maintained a chiropractic lifestyle to keep him in the game and enjoying an active lifestyle with his three boys and wife Tina. Dr. Kambeitz treats patients from newborns to our growing senior population and all level of athletes in between.

    Bryan Zales
    Chiropractor

    Dr. Zales has always enjoyed helping people.  As a child he would take an elderly gentleman out for walks in his subdivision.  He can recall watching a Chiropractor adjust and help his Dad so they could play catch again.  Dr. Zales then worked for this Chiropractor where he found that this is where his passion lies.  Dr. Zales practices what he preaches as he enjoys exercise, eating correctly and the outdoors with his young son and wife.  He is a Certified Chiropractic Golf Specialist and certified to perform sports physicals for student athletes.  No patient is too young or too old to recognize his heart felt compassion for health and wellness.

  • Dr. Weston Gustafson
    Chiropractor

    Dr. Weston has always lived an active lifestyle playing sports and working on his family’s farm since he was young. No matter what was bugging him from a young age, he would always turn to the chiropractor to help get him back in the game. While studying in college, Dr. Weston decided chiropractic would be perfect for him to be able to stay active and help keep others active as well. While working toward his Doctorate of Chiropractic at the University of Western States, he also completed his masters in sports medicine.  Dr. Weston now works with patients and athletes of all ages.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Allie and daughter Blakely.

    Troy Thramer
    Chiropractor

    Dr. Thramer grew up in a small town and was very involved in many different sports, and discovered that all of the aches and pains from sports could be resolved with the help of his chiropractor. He has always valued a healthy and active lifestyle. While earning a degree in Nutrition Science at the University of Nebraska, Dr. Thramer began working at a chiropractic office. He quickly learned ha had an extreme passion for helping others out of pain and get back to doing what they love. Dr. Thramer attended Cleveland University – Kansas City, where he enjoyed attending seminars to obtain certifications such as TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) and dry needling. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors on the golf course and hiking with his fiancé Madison. His patients immediately recognize Dr. Thramer’s willingness to go the extra mile to provide excellent Chiropractic care.

  • Thomas J DuBois
    LMT NCTMB

    Thomas J DuBois LMT NCTMB graduated from the Hudson Valley School of Massage Therapy in West Park, NY and specializes in Orthopedic massage as well as Active Isolated Stretching/ Strengthening. “My interest in massage was peaked while attending college in Nagpur, India. Massage has been practiced routinely in India for thousands of years to treat a wide variety of conditions and this was my first experience realizing the health benefits of regular massage.” Since graduating from HVSMT Thomas worked with Spas such as the Hudson Valley Resort and Spa in Kerhonkson, NY and the Woodhouse Day Spa in Middletown, NY. From 2006 to Summer 2012 Thomas provided orthopedic massage for Lonstein Chiropractic and Acupuncture in Ellenville, NY and from 2009 to August 2012 Thomas returned to the Hudson Valley School of Massage therapy as an instructor of Orthopedic Massage. In April of 2012 Thomas was grateful to receive permission from Aaron Mattes, the founder of the Active Isolated Stretching/ Strengthening technique to teach his Active Isolated Stretching/ Strengthening technique to the massage community as continuing education. “I believe that my success

    as a massage therapist comes from my belief in practicing what I preach. I believe in living a very healthy lifestyle so that I can be dynamic in my life and it is my passion to help my clientele to reach their healthiest possible state. I enjoy pinpointing a problem and helping my clients to realize their body’s own ability to eliminate that problem and reach its highest functioning potential.”

  • Monica Sivertson
    CMT

    Monica is a 2005 graduate of The Boulder College of Massage Therapy. Her main area of focus is sports and orthopedic massage with an emphasis on deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point therapy.   Monica was a teaching assistant at The Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy from 2007-2008 where she helped students develop their skills in the sports and orthopedic modalities.  Monica’s passion for massage therapy stems from the ability to be able to assist people reach their full potential in their journey toward maximum health and wellness.   Tracking the progress of her clients and seeing the positive results that massage therapy can have is what drives Monica to continually learn and grow as a massage therapist.   In her free time Monica enjoys being active in the outdoors whether it be hiking, biking, running, snowshoeing or playing/watching sports.

  • Joel Lane
    Personal Trainer

    I have been training for over 10 years. I have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and I am also an ACE certified personal trainer. I have substantial experience training professional athletes as well as the average weekend warrior.     Personal Trainer

    Originally from Upstate New York, Ryan moved to Colorado in 2018 to expand upon his passion for leading others in achieving optimal fitness and health. Through attaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and a Personal Training Certification through the American College of Sports Medicine, Ryan provides a wealth of knowledge that benefits all populations. As a former year-round athlete, Ryan specializes in youth sports performance and injury prevention. Equally, he understands the importance of complete self care; body and mind. Outside of the clinic, Ryan spends most of his time outdoors skiing, golfing, trail running, and mountain biking.

    Personal Trainer

    Mike Sieber is a Personal Trainer and Strength Coach who has been in the fitness industry for over a decade helping others achieve their health goals. With thousands of one-on-one coaching and training sessions of experience, he helps his clients deal with whatever roadblocks are inhibiting them from achieving greater success in life, fitness, and becoming stronger human beings holistically.  He is a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K.) Practitioner. His advanced training allows him to help individuals get out of physical pain, improve their posture and performance, and better adapt to life as a human being and the stress we all deal with. Mike believes everyone can perform at a high level athletically, be pain-free, and have high levels of energy naturally by learning to listen and connect to our bodies.
