Functional Fitness and Personal Training

We are proud to be able to offer functional fitness and training in our clinic facility.

Our full-size gym features cardio equipment, cable machines, free weights, TRX systems and two certified personal trainers! 

How Functional Fitness compliments your Chiropractic Care

Strengthening the body along with teaching proper movement is important to complimenting your chiropractic care.  Workouts in our gym facility often start with movement assessments and core training. Injuries can reoccur if we do not teach our body to “function” as it should while doing our daily activities. 

As an individual demonstrates progression in their ability to function and move correctly, so does their workout program.  Our trainers provide workouts to help strengthen the body, improve endurance and flexibility, along with addressing other fitness goals such as weight loss and improved athletic performance, just to name a few!

1:1 Personal Training Sessions

We have personal training available. Our doctors, massage therapists, and certified personal trainers work together to discuss your treatment. Your time in the gym is more efficient as your team is working together to improve your strength, range of motion, and overall fitness to improve the way that you feel and move.

Yoga Classes

We currently are not offering group yoga classes. Please check back for information about Yoga classes in the future.

Group Fitness Classes

COVID-19 Precautions

Our services are available at a limited capacity. Our gym has a modified schedule and is capped at 50% capacity. Please call the clinic at 303-690-7000 to schedule your workout with our trainers.
