A common issue with individuals training at commercial gyms is wandering around without any real structure or plan. Someone might have spent an hour at the gym and left unsure whether or not they really engaged in an effective workout. Our Workout of the Day membership aims to cut down that problem. On membership, our coaches write up daily workouts that aim to improve the three main pillars of physical fitness: strength, muscular endurance + stability, and cardiovascular fitness. Individuals will come in and go through a guided warmup routine followed by a workout that is oriented towards that day’s given point of emphasis while our coaches watch over to ensure proper technique and progression. The training days are as follows:
◦ Monday/Thursday: Strength
◦ Tuesday/Friday: Muscular Endurance/Stability
◦ Wednesday/Saturday: Metabolic Conditioning (cardiovascular training)
