Upon entering our office, our front desk staff will greet and welcome you as a member of our family. You will fill out our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. Your initial visit at Kambeitz Chiropractic Health & Wellness Center is designed to be thorough, informative, and personalized—so you feel confident, comfortable, and supported from the moment you arrive.
Consultation
After completing your initial paperwork, you will meet one-on-one with your doctor for a comprehensive consultation. During this time, you will discuss your health history, current concerns, lifestyle factors, and goals for care.
This visit allows your doctor to gain a clear understanding of your condition and determine whether chiropractic care is the appropriate approach to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
Examination
As part of your evaluation, we utilize advanced Insight Scan technology to assess how your nervous system is functioning. These non-invasive, computerized scans provide valuable insight into:

X-Ray Studies
Depending on your condition, X-rays may be recommended to gain a more complete understanding of your spinal structure. X-rays help rule out serious conditions and allow us to design the most precise and effective care plan for you.
Many patients find it helpful to view their X-rays and gain a clearer understanding of areas of misalignment or degeneration.
Report of Findings
Once all evaluations are complete, your doctor will review your results with you during a clear and informative Report of Findings. This discussion is designed to answer the most important questions:

Your doctor will explain your condition in understandable terms and outline personalized recommendations. If your condition requires care from another provider, this will be discussed openly. If chiropractic care is appropriate, a customized treatment and wellness plan will be presented
Treatment
In most cases, patients receive their first treatment during this visit. Treatment may include a gentle spinal adjustment and myotherapy to address muscle tension or adhesions, when appropriate.

Wellness Program
Before leaving, you will receive guidance on a customized wellness plan to support both short-term relief and long-term health. This may include:
